The step up for John comes two weeks after Chris's appointment as First Team Manager.

John Hinson is widely respected by the playing squad along with those around the club, he has a great attitude on and off the field and has a way which he can get along with everybody.

Hinson is currently out with a long term ankle ligament injury sustained last season. He is currently expected to miss the entire pre-season campaign along with the start of the 2012/2013 season.
